Green River Ordinance is about to release their major label debut, with Out Of My Hands hitting shelves on February 24, 2009.

The band is composed of singer/guitarist Josh Jenkins, brothers Jamey (guitar) and Geoff Ice (bass), Denton Hunker (drums) and Joshua Wilkerson (guitar). For Out Of My Hands, the band teamed up with producers Mark Endert (Natasha Bedingfield, Maroon 5, Gavin DeGraw), Jordan Critz and Paul Ebersold (Sister Hazel, 3 Doors Down, Third Day) while still keeping the songwriting in-house. The resulting album will be familiar to the band’s hardcore fans while reflecting the additional time and expertise that went into its creation.

Green River Ordinance won Artist of the Year, Rock Album of the Year and Song of the Year (for “Piece It Together”) at the 2006 Fort Worth Music Awards, winning Artist of the Year a second time in 2008. oh goodness had been so so so so busy lately here is my 400+ disciplinary report i had to e-mail my disciplinary master as a punishment for being frequently late for school. Enjoy somehow you guys will know the reasons for me not blogging all this time.

"Upon receiving my N-Level results, I was left with an option to either further my studies with Higher Nitec or continuing Secondary school. Without hesitation I decided to continue pursuing my studies at Pasir Ris Secondary as I was determined to achieve a decent O-Level certificate.

Promoting to secondary 5 is no bed of roses. There has been an extension in school hours, spending half a day in school five days a week not accustom after ten years of being in the education system. Education wise it was clear that the phase accelerated in terms of catching up on the different subjects we had previously learned. There has been a huge gap in the syllabus we practice. It is obvious that there is no room for dormancy.

Being late had always been a major bad habit I had adopt through the years. Had always detest waking up early in the morning but never the less it was compulsory be it school or even in the working field. Been late a couple of times the beginning of the year, as a result landed myself into detention and were given strict lectures by the disciplinary master and teachers. To correct my problem I had mentally force myself to have early nights in order to be awake and fresh the following morning, giving me sufficient time to prepare for school. A bad start to a new year.

Realized it was not a year for fun and games. Been caught up with lots of piled up work occupying most of my time even after school hours. Hardly had time to catch up with friends out of school, the only time available to grab a breather were during public holidays or the weekends. It definitely helps keep me occupied but at the same time it somehow manage to help me bond even closer with my fellow classmates while meeting them up at coffee joint or cafes while revising for test. Part of my future would depend greatly on this final year preparation for my final paper. I started taking a step by creating a list of task I require to complete by the end of the day first thing in the morning before the start of every morning. I had tried this method for the past 2 weeks and it had seem to work pretty fine giving me a sense of accomplishment after I finalize all my duties.

It has only been past 2 months into the new school term but so much had already took place. Adapting to new changes in terms of personal lifestyle and education quickly so I can finally assure myself that I will be contented with the final verdict of my results in both ways."

Went to help out Cindy @ the Tattoo Fair. Was working there for the full three days event. A huge eye opener. Many have asked me if I had seen a lot of typical "AH BENGs" @ the event the fact is NO. Apparently the crowd is filled with all ages. I always had interest with body art mostly likly gonna get mine done by Cindy before my 18 birthday hopefully.

Main Highlight: Chris Garver was there to autograph posters for fans.

My Review:

Listened to their whole album. Cash Cash is a new group to watch out for. Tracks like "Party in Your Bedroom", "Sugar Rush" and "Two Days Old" are instant hits =) Every tracks blends perfectly to form an album. Take It To The Dancefloor, is available for exclusive pre-order on iTunes and would be widely released at retail on January 20, 2008. I would personally rate 8/10 for the whole album.

Remember to grab your copies once it's hits record stalls on 20/01/2008!!!

Finally decided to get my ass glued to the sofa to start blogging once again. Had a mini Foo House Crew Xmas outing on the 22nd December.

1st time dining there. Ministry of Food located at Marina Square serves delicious Japanese cuisines from Ramens to Bentos sets etc. Price ranges below $15 for a decent portion of hot Ramen. With refillable pots of green tea to clench your thirst.

Ordered a bowl of Tan Tan Ramen. Out of all the ramen ordered all had preferred my soup compared to theirs. Highly recommend to Sour and Spicy lovers.

End your meal with either a hot or cold dessert. With a huge variety of different flavors available on the menu it can easily satisfy ones taste buds after a hot and spicy main course.

Final verdict: Enjoyed my dinner was glad i made the right selections. Service was not bad, had no fuss when exchanging wrong orders being served but was kindda disappointing as most of the deserts were not available that day.

Overall rating: 7/10

Hey peeps currently blogging in the office so no fancy photos for your pleasure. Have finally finish all my task and assignments so will be considered off for a while. Working for the past 3 weeks have seemed to achieve a lot. Life in the office is a total 360 for me. Having an insights of the advertising scene from behind the scenes made me even more passionate about plotting my path towards the media industry. Not sure if you guys ever experience the crappy feeling when ever you feel like blogging you get distracted by other stuff like the television, facebook, msn ect.

realized i have not been doing some personal' blogging.

'personal blogging refers to blogging about your thoughts and emotions.

Currently working at LOWE Singapore. An advertising company. Totally different experience for my working as a bartender to an office job. Still kindda adapting to the office 9am till 6pm++ hours. Dreadful waking up 7am at such an early time during the school holidays and travelling all the way to cantonment. By still the PAY is worth it.

Party life is totally limited with a 5 days work week job. The last time was celebrating Cherilyn birthday at Double O. That girl totally knocked out after just less then 2 hours with only 5 mixers. Had to endure the sight of her vomiting her dinner out just beside our table-.-"

i think thats all for now gonna be tanning with Nicole and Cherilyn in the morning later. Gotta catch up on some sleep don't wanna "double tan" my DARK terrible eye circles.

Second year clubbing during Halloween was super exciting this year club hop the whole night and was fully prepared with full body make up in 2 hours and a simple costume i done in 1 hour myself. Wanted to stick to the plastic surgery patient look i planned but changed my mind last min to an undead. This post gonna be filled with photos so just scroll and enjoy the "roller coaster ride."

Nikka Costa has always seemed to thrive on a certain sense of freedom. It’s no wonder, that when Nikka set out to create a record on her own terms and as an independent artist finally free of major label confines, she has made her boldest and most passionate record yet. Over 14 days at Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles, Nikka created Pebble to a Pearl- a quintessential collection of soul, blues, funk & pop infused tracks which marks Nikka's triumphant return onto the scene this Fall. On September 23, 2008 the legendary Stax Records will release the album in conjunction with Nikka’s own Go Funk Yourself Records.

She toured with Prince, Lenny Kravitz, Coldplay and Beck, recorded with Mark Ronson, was nominated for an MTV Music Award and had hit singles in Europe.

Pebble to a Pearl was produced by Justin Mitchell Stanley (Jamie Lidell, Beck) as an analog recording on two inch tape and Nikka and the band recorded the songs live in the studio, giving it a truly organic feel. I'm not really a fan of Topman for the past few collection, found them a little too ordinary and disappointing. Went late for the cross country event cause they will always start almost 2 hours before getting things started

Kindda disappointed in myself, was aiming to get a least top 20 but only managed to finish the run as top 50 out of approx. 340. All the jogging did paid off after all. Would like to thank Eugenia, Nikhil, Nasrul, Wan Zhuang, Gillain for training with me for the past few weeks =)

Sorry peeps been rather busy with school lately. Prelims are just around the corner and mugging is the only activity I'm limited to other then blogging to relieve myself. Been locked up with my books and notes. A lot of people had been wondering where I went and what happen to me lately. Really would like to apologise to you guys. I have my reasons so please forgive me. Trying to slowly settle all my problems individually to avoid a breakdown. I may be selfish but please understand and bear with me.

Went over last night to support Eugenia brother's band in SuperBand at Mediacorp. Have been there a few times for auditions and stuff now and then but i have never watched a live performance before, so it was a different experience for me. As photography was prohibited didt managed to capture the bands performing.

While waiting for the performance to start... ... were located at the standing area for fans right in front of the stage.

Back to boring school life. No time for almost everything except education...a lot of students like me hate it whenever we hear the word education. But i have a secret to share, one which makes me enjoy life even more... wanna know what is my key to my happiness?

Was reading Innit when i came across this post by http://bewareofpui.blogspot.com/ blogging about most disgusting blogger.

This isn't the first time im reading such a post so here is my first and hopefully the last 10cents worth of attention you will get from me.

Just to make it clear too im posting such a topic not because Isaac is a friend of mine or to get more viewers but just to express my honest opinions towards such bloggers as you and hopefully give you more viewers to satisfy your fetish.

Apparently bloggers like you have managed to make mii feel disgusted too so Good Job for the effort made=) I was so so so not by the bloggers you mention but by YOU.

I was laughing my ass off when i was reading the portion especially about Esther.Itz so obvious bloggers like him are the typical kind of rejected "fan" who cant face reality, trying to cheer them self up by hating instead.

About "advertorial entry" let me pardon you or should i say famous blogger wannabe, cause judging by the number of viewers you have in your previous post, i guess you would not have gotten any chance for an advertorials opportunities. itz ok soon your turn will come since you manage to find a way to attract attention and readers by such a method for a week or two i guess.

MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!

What is your problem towards blogs with longgggg URL... Blogging is about being yourself and being real,itz not about the cutest url or the number of viewers you get.

For the peeps who have seen me around lately you might have noticed something different=) I changed my hair style again. Ya not surprising at all i know, cause im always changing my image every new and then. Here are some behind the scene footage of the TRANSFORMATION.

It was Wei Wei's idea of having a hair cut and he somehow managed to convince me to have mine too but still no harm done cause school is reopening soon. Had our hair cut with my hair stylist Alex @ http://www.lushhaircreations.com/

Went to have brunch @ Shokudo before our hair cut. Cause Alex was late -.-" Mambo night kills. The food @ Shokudo errrm is kindda turn-off compared to my all time favourite WARAKU de pasta=)

Warning to all who goes out with him during the day, do not every flash your pair of shades cause most probably you wont have the chance or he wont even give you the change to put them on.

Had a family getaway at the the Sentosa Resort & Spa for 3 days 2 nights. With the camera in Gracie's and I control we took more then 300+ photos but 3/4 were all polluted with our cam-whoring addiction =) Took me a long time in order to sort out the "bloggable" photos and gonna be splitting this mini holiday into 2 parts.
